By accessing or using the Sommnest website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These terms apply to all users including clients, therapists, and website visitors.
Sommnest is a matchmaking platform connecting clients with certified massage therapists and may not be used for any purpose
outside of this intent. You agree not to solicit off-platform transactions, impersonate other users, or engage in any conduct
that compromises the safety or integrity of our community.
All users are responsible for maintaining accurate, honest, and up-to-date account information at all times. Therapists must
submit genuine credentials for admin verification, and clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions
prior to booking a session.
All content on the Sommnest platform — including its name, logo, branding, design, and technology — is the exclusive property
of Sommnest Ltd and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit
any part of the platform without prior written permission from Sommnest.
Sommnest operates as a discovery and connection platform and is not a party to any service agreement formed between a client
and a therapist. Sommnest Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from sessions
arranged through the platform, and clients assume responsibility for their participation in any in-person appointment.
Therapist access to Sommnest requires an active paid subscription at the rates set at the time of enrollment, and subscription
fees are non-refundable upon termination resulting from a violation of these Terms. The platform also features an affiliate
marketplace through which Sommnest may earn a commission — all affiliate products are third-party items not sold or warranted
by Sommnest Ltd.
Sommnest reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, submits fraudulent
credentials, or is flagged through our reporting system. Therapist accounts terminated for cause will not be eligible for a
refund of any remaining subscription period.
Sommnest may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our platform or applicable law, and the
updated effective date will be posted at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following any update
constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
